Install the Tenfold App (v4.28.0+) on Mac OSX Catalina and later

In the Catalina version of OSX, Apple added an extra requirement that apps running on OSX be “notarized” in addition to being signed. Tenfold is a registered developer with Apple and our security certificate for the Tenfold application is current. However, we are still in the process of adding notarization to our app. Until this is complete installation will require an extra step.

Download the DMG file from the applicable version in the release notes.
Mount the DMG.
Drag and drop “Tenfold” to “Applications”

When attempting to open “Tenfold” the first time after installing a warning will appear:

To resolve this, open “System Preferences” and navigate to the “Security and Privacy” panel. Here the user will be able to select “Open Anyway”. This will require an administrator password.

After this is complete the user will be permitted to use the Tenfold application.
