The Guided-Only Experience with Bot & Engagement Window feature enables brands to lock the text input field when certain Structured Content is presented, guiding users to respond with one of the provided options instead of allowing free-form responses. This structured approach helps ensure that user interactions are focused and consistent, enhancing the quality of bot-driven conversations.
By implementing this feature, brands can create highly organized conversation flows that direct users through specific interactions, making engagement more seamless and purposeful. To enable this functionality, brands should reach out to their LivePerson account team for configuration. Existing behavior will remain unchanged unless specifically configured to include this feature. Brands interested in adopting it immediately should use the universal tile, as CB drag-and-drop support is not yet available.
