Install and configure OfficeServ Link. In GoConnect, enter the IP address of the computer running the OfficeServ Link program. Add a Trunk Access Code if there is a # that you must dial to reach an outside line. Make sure that your extensions have names and that they appear in the extension pane. Check for call activity.
