- SUS-2197: Resolved an issue where some Agent users would be unable to log in if they previously had an agentId set to null.

Salesforce
- SUS-2198: Added ability to disable Click to Dial functionality within Salesforce. This setting can be found in the Advanced Settings under Company Settings > CRM in the dashboard.
MS Dynamics
- NICEREQ-346: Resolved an issue where some phone call records would be left in Opened state, when they should be in a Closed state.
Phone system-specific improvements
RingCentral
- SUS-2191: Will now display appropriate error messages when experiencing 401 HTTP errors during login attempt
- RCREQ-247: Resolved an issue where an Agent is not logged out from the app if their profile gets unlinked from the RingCentral account
