Viber Structured Content
Structured Content is now supported on the Viber connector. This includes Rich Card and Carousels that support images as well as button interactions with link and action responses. Brands that are using Conversation Builder can leverage the universal tile or the structured question tile.

Viber Context Parameter
Brands can now pass a custom parameter to Viber conversations that are started via Viber URLs, e.g. viber://pa?chatURI=

This parameter will be set as "Customer Type" engagement attribute and is visible to agents in the consumer info widget. More details about Viber URLs can be found here.

Viber Agent Nickname
The agent or bot nickname is now correctly presented to consumers in the Viber app.
Viber Source Issue
The source of the conversation is now always shown correctly in the agent workspace for conversations that started on the Viber channel.
