Salesforce Connector Enhancements Summary:
LivePerson has introduced several new features and improvements to the Salesforce Connector, including:
- Custom Away States: Agents can now configure custom away states in the "Manager Workspace" in CCUI.
- Enhanced Logout Experience: Agents are automatically logged out of the Salesforce Connector within 15 seconds if they log in elsewhere, with a feedback message explaining the logout.
- Enhanced Search Experience: New endpoints allow searches by resource ID (such as Case ID) and automate the process of relating interactions to records like Cases or Opportunities.
- UI Configuration Options: New options enable customization of the match modal and notes/disposition components, offering greater control over the interface.
- Enhanced Dispositions: Multiple layers of field value dependencies allow more structured categorization of customer interactions, improving data collection.
- Improved NLP Performance for Note Input: Faster and more accurate text processing in agent notes using Natural Language Processing (NLP).
- Attachment Sending Update: Agents can now send attachments without including a text message, streamlining the process.
- Performance Improvements: Enhanced system efficiency, speed, and reliability for a smoother experience.
