Connect SugarCRM with Tenfold

Overview: This article provides a quick overview of how to connect your SugarCRM with Tenfold.

Tenfold supports the currently supported versions of SugarCRM (currently v10.0+).

Getting started

If your SugarCRM instance is hosted locally behind a firewall (the IP address is 192.XXX.XXX.XXX or 10.XXX.XXX.XXX), please complete the steps outlined in our Whitelist IP Addresses guide to ensure your firewall is configured correctly.

Please follow these steps to connect to SugarCRM:

Navigate to the Tenfold Dashboard > Company Settings > CRM page.
Select SugarCRM in the dropdown menu.
Enter your username, password, Sugar Root URL and Sugar version.
Click Save.
