Description
This feature will provide brands with granular control over which agents have access to more sensitive Social Messaging functions:
- Social Moderation: Administrators will be able to specify which user groups have access to delete, hide and unhide public messages within Meta channels. This will allow Brands to reserve access to moderation functionality to a designated group of moderator agents.
- X (Twitter) Handle Selection: When configuring X (Twitter) accounts connected to your Conversational Cloud account administrators will be able to designate which user profiles will be allowed to respond to public messages from specific X handles. This will allow brands to lock access to the ability to respond as sensitive handles (for example handles representing executive leadership of your company) to a designated group of agents with adequate training and experience.
