An update to the auto-close process for messaging conversations has been implemented. The auto-close frequency has been adjusted to run in 5-minute intervals. Key changes include a new frequency where the auto-close process now runs every 5 minutes, applying to conversations anytime between the "configured time" and "configured time" + 5 minutes. This update offers significant benefits, including enhanced efficiency through faster closure of inactive conversations, improved response times by more timely management of conversation queues, and a better user experience with reduced wait times for users.
