LP Insights
As part of LivePerson’s commitment to provide the best solutions to our customers, LivePerson will be deprecating LP Insights in favor of our new next generation analytics tool, known as the LivePerson Analytics Studio.
This tool provides multichannel conversation analysis and enables you to effortlessly access trend analysis over an extended period of time. Gone are the days of overwhelming dashboard management, as LivePerson's Analytics Studio streamlines the process, minimizing the need to navigate through multiple platforms to extract crucial information. This will allow you to focus on leveraging valuable insights for enhanced customer engagement and improved performance.
LivePerson Analytics Studio is based off of the VoiceBase Enterprise Accelerator product which was acquired in 2021 as part of our voice and enriched data and analytics strategy. We look forward to hearing about the insights you’ll find!
