Description
The Azure Ingress feature will help with integrating the processing of conversation data (audio files and text messages) with Microsoft Azure Blob Storage. The purpose of this integration is to simplify uploading and reading the results with our media post API. The customer experience would be to send conversation files into Azure Blob Storage and then read the transcript from another output Azure Blob Storage when completed.
It is worth noting that Analytics Studio already supports Amazon AWS S3 Ingress.
