Salesforce Connector now supports Copilot Summary if it it is enabled on the account.
Agents will be able to see the conversation context and summary upon transfers of conversations, conversation close events and deflection from Voice to Messaging. Last Conversation Summary will be synced to the Salesforce Chat Transcript object as well in the new AI summary field. Please install the latest LivePerson Conversation object to see this update.
