We're excited to introduce a new feature for brand administrators in the Agent Workspace: the ability to customize the display of Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) scores. This enhancement provides greater flexibility, allowing brands to tailor their workspace environment to specific needs. Administrators can easily enable or disable CSAT score visibility directly from their administrative controls. This not only streamlines workspace management but also enhances agent satisfaction by reducing unnecessary distractions.
Additionally, LivePerson has introduced a self-service activation option, empowering brands with more control over managing this feature. Now, brands can conveniently access and activate the 'Configure Workspace Data Bar' feature through the Management Console. Simply log in, navigate to "Agent Workspace," toggle the "Hide CSAT from Data Bar" setting, save your preferences, and confirm your decision to implement these changes.
