Manage your Tenfold subscription with the Chargebee Billing Portal
Important
The following steps only apply to billing administrators. If you are not a billing administrator, the following steps will not work for your user account.
Access the Tenfold Billing Portal for the first time
- Access the billing portal at this location: https://tenfold.chargebeeportal.com/
- After clicking the link, you will be redirected to the portal landing page (see image below). You will need to enter the email of the primary billing admin on your account. If you do not know the primary billing admin email, please reach out to support@tenfold.com
- Upon entering the email for the primary billing admin, that individual (or group) will receive a one-time passcode (OTP) in their inbox. Please enter the OTP in the box provided.

Account Information
Under account information, you can change your billing portal login credentials. See image below:
Billing & Shipping Address
Enter the individual who is the recipient of the invoice and the corresponding address for billing. This will be reflected on your account going forward.
Payment Methods
Here you can add your credit card details for quick payments.
Please note that your credit card information is secure and we take this very seriously. Tenfold leverages Stripe as our payment gateway in order to securely protect and process any payments.
Billing History
Under Billing History, you will be presented with a list of all invoices. You can view and download the entire history of invoices here.
Advanced
History for completed, interactive chats is displayed within five minutes of the chat closing and is available for up to 13 months.
- Data from engagement attributes will take up to two hours to update and will include pre and during chat data only.
- When searching by keyword in conversation transcripts or engagement attributes, if a chat has been transferred, only the first chat (before the transfer) will appear in the search results. Even if a specific keyword was part of the second (after transfer) chat, the web history tab will display the first chat only.
The Engagement History API is available for you to search, filter, and keep copies of chat transcripts and related data to later perform further analyses using third-party tools (DWH, CRM systems, etc.). The API enables the development of tailored dashboards, displaying information such as the reasons for chats ending, what time of day most chats occur, chat duration across different devices, and so on. The Engagement History API is based on the RESTful architecture, where data is fetched via HTTPS requests; all information is secured using OAuth1.0.
It is also possible to export the Conversation History to Excel, and there filter the data by various parameters.
